SPONSORS (Help fund our team, supply materials, give us a talk about what you do, connect with the future)
It takes a LOT of money to build a robot, keep our computers running, pay for competition fees, and drive our team to events. We are the only after school competition to teach building, coding, computer science, and technology in the school. If you would like to sponsor our team, it takes between fifteen and twenty-five thousand dollars to run a team for a season with competition materials, tools, transportation, and competition fees. We really need the whole community to help us reach our sponsorship goals. If you can help, click here for sponsorship details.
COMMUNITY, MEDIA and OUTREACH
Want to learn more about us? Want to interview one of our engineers in training? Want our robot team to come demo our skills or one of our robots? Contact us at Team4662Business@gmail.com We also have a media packet that we can send you if you need it.
PARENTS/ FAMILY / ALUMNI
There are so many ways to help the Scappoose Robotics team succeed! Send an email to frc4662coach@gmail.com to volunteer.
SPONSOR YOUR TEAM: Consider becoming a sponsor for the team. Ask other family members to sponsor too! Check with your employer to see if they have a non-profit matching option for charitable giving or may be interested in sponsoring your hometown varsity robotics team.
FOOD: We meet after school every week and need parents to volunteer to bring in snacks and drinks for our hungry teen engineers! During the Season *Jan-Mar* We will be spending lots of late nights and weekends in the shop. Volunteers are needed to supply dinners and snacks.
DRIVE: Drivers always needed to get the team to meets, competitions, learning activities, and outreach activities.
KICKOFF SUPPORT: On kickoff weekend (Jan 6, 2024) come in and join us on the kickoff reveal and be part of the new season! We have lots of networking, building, and project management. Plus we can use more brainstorming and list makers.
COMPETITION SUPPORT: Our two Northwest Qualifiers are the first two weekends in March. Consider becoming a Team Mentor for the day to handle food, resources, tech support, coordination, mentor den leader, etc.
